I work in a job as a security officer at a manufacturing plant and I can not leave my post for hours at a time. I am a 50 yr old woman and I need to go about every 3 hrs. Is there anything I can do short of diaper's to remedy this.....is there something to take that will not dehydrate me of will not raise my blood pressure, etc. etc.?

oranges will help you stay hydrated since you can't drink a great deal of water during work. eat as many as you can during your working hours. This should make a big difference for you. after work drink regular water mixed with mineral water 50/50 to help hydrate your body.

I don't know for sure. Women our age have usually had our bladder drop some by now. Have you had a hysterectomy, then it probably has, unless they fixed while they were in there.
You can wait longer than me.
Waiting to long can cause swelling and the B/P to rise too.
How do they think you are suppose to wait, if you have to go, you have to go. I stay thirsty, and I don't see how you can go without fluids either.
