Not Chip and Dale from Disney but the 2 from the Bugs Bunny Cartoons, remember the ones who get stuck in the canning factory? The really polite ones. "after you," "no, I insist after you."
I always loved them.

They were premiered in 1947 in a cartoon short, "The Goofy Gophers", and were referred as "The Goofy Gophers" probably until Disney had a conniption fit about stealing the name of "Goofy".
Their names are "Mac and Tosh", a joke on their English accents.

I love Warner Bros. stuff, especially Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain, and Freakazoid. I dunno why, but the humor they use in that show has a strange appeal to me, even to this day. It's hysterical. When I heard Freakazoid was being put on DVD, I thought Christmas came early. I love Disney movies too, a couple of them. The Lion King is still incredibly entertaining when I watch it. Talk about well made. MQ: They Might Be Giants - Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Theme They Might Be Giants - Here In Higglytown (Higglytown Heroes theme) Yeah, maybe that's cheating :P

I'm pretty sure they're just older versions of Chip and Dale.
