They all work for that since cut and paste is so basic.

As Kath already mentioned you can use LIQUEFY to change the shape of faces.

I would take that one step further beyond just funny. I often use that where a group of family members are in a photo and for some reason one of them has a sour look on their face among all the smiley people. If you grab the corners of their mouth and drag the frown line upward you can make it into a smile that blends well with the rest of the images. Just a little tug on each side of mouth and you have salvaged the whole photo without any discernible distortion.

actually, any photoshop version can be used to change faces.. the higher the photoshop version, the higher pc resources it needs.. i guess photoshop 7.0 will do :) you can use the different tools such as the magic lasso, pen tool, magnetic lasso, and even marquee to cut the face of one person and place it to another.

you can also use the liquidation to make funny faces

As you have read previously any version would work for that so I would suggest you use the highest working version you have access too.
