Yes... THROW OUT THE BOOK!
I, like you, did everything to get pregnant. I charted my temperature every morning & scrutinized every temperature shift, used Ovulator predictor kits, and was also on Clomid and Metformin.
After 6 cycles of TTC'ing (sure not that long but I was fed up) I deleted Fertility Friend from my favorites and quit charting. I probably only took my temp about 3 times. I waited until I saw EWCM when I wiped (peed on a OPK just to check) and had sex that day, the day after, and then every other day. The only thing I stayed consistent with was keeping my hips elevated for 20min after sex.
I stopped stressing and relaxed and guess what... I got pregnant!

RELAX. Stress is not good on pregnancy and trying to conceive. Stress of any kind is bad, so avoid it all, especially stressful jobs, relationships(spouse, family)etc. Remember to have a good diet, cut out the caffeine. Are you taking prenatal vitamins? If not you should be, for now you can get the otc ones, you can switch to prescription when you get pregnant. Make sure you are "baby dancing" no more than once a day, this lowers sperm count, and no less than every other day, this gives you the best chance of catching the best sperm. The best position to conceive is missionary, then put a pillow under your bottom for 15-20 minutes and let gravity give everything a boost. You and your significant other should both be taking luke warm showers and baths, not hot tubs or saunas, the heat lowers sperm count. I hope this helps, just remember to relax and it will happen! Good Luck and Baby Dust!

These may all be things you've tried, but here goes. Basal Body Temp. Ovulation Predictor Test. Make sure to have sex on your back or from behind so the semen gets straight into position. Immediately lay on your back with your bottom on a pillow and don't laugh or do anything that might let it leak out. Stay like that for as long as possible (preferably overnight). There are certain supplements that are know to increase motility in men and certain supplements that can increase receptivity in women. There are alot out there so you'll have to see what works for you. Make sure you're having sex the day before ovulation. Number one, relax and remember, this is the fun part!

Okay I totally know what you are going through. My husband and I tried for 4 years, and I swear I think we have tried "everything" too...from certain times of the day, to making sure I was most fertile, to different postions, even holding myself in the postion to "keep it in there" :) and it got to the point where some months would go by, and I would be late for my period and we got sooo excited thinking we had finally got it right... and then I would start my period... VERY depressing, almost wanted to give up....we finally came up with some extra money and went to a fertility clinic, they checked me out, and my hubby had to do his thing...and everything was fine...and after hundreds of dollars spent and hours worth of a trip we left with ..." just keep trying" ....UGH right! Well anyways...Just keep your head up...it will happen when the time is right... thats what we always said... and guess what?? HERE I AM 32 WEEKS PREGNANT!!!

How long have you been trying? It can take a healthy young couple a year or better.
The BEST thing you can do to get pregnant is this: Decide you're not going to get pregnant. You're going to start a new career, or take up a new hobby. Put all the baby stuff away, and go about life as usual. Minus the condoms and other birth control. STOP TRYING TO GET PREGNANT.
I promise that when you decide you're going ot try again later and not stress it, you'll get pregnant straight away.
I tried for over a year to make myself get pregnant, my gramma and mom had given me that advice over and over... i thought they were nuts.
The month i listened to them I got pregnant. After I signed up for some college courses and started a new career... lol.

Stop trying to do it by the book. Throw out the book, relax and have fun. Stressing will not get you pregnant. Enjoying the process can help. Depends too on how long you've been trying. Just relax. Be calm. Enjoy.

Have you gone to the doc to make sure of when you are ovulating? My friend thought she knew (she had done all the at home testing), but was actually ovulating much later. SHe had tried for a year, then went to the doc, found out when she was ovulating, was preggo in a month.
Other than that have your lower body up after intercourse? Let gravity do it's job;o)

A few of my friends got pregnant by taking Robitussin, plain Rubustussin, not that DM stuff. They heard it somewhere, tried it and it worked for them. Some doctors recommend taking Robitussin to help thin out your mucous which will help to transport the semen

You may say this sounds crazy but I swear it works! Trust me on this one! After he has done you know what inside of you, stay laying down and put your legs up against the wall. Kind of bring your pelvic area up as much as you can and stay like that for a few minutes. I know it's wierd, but it just might work. It did for me! GOOD LUCK

pop prenatal vitamins like candy. they are FULL of nutrients not just for the baby but for the Uterus as well so it helps your chances of becoming pregnant. Drink lots of water and...stop worrying about it. Trust me I know its hard but the less your fret about becoming pregnant for some reason helps your chances of concieving. I was worried about being pregnant for 2 years -- we just could not afford it. but once we were settled and had our finances together .... i relaxed because if it happened it happened and we were better abled to handle it ....THEN once I stopped thinking about it so much ... I concieved.
Plus watch what you eat. The better your body the better your chances
