.... I swear he must be made of 40% recylced pet ....he's hairy, scrathes constantly, his tongue is always hanging out and he spends lots of time burying & digging up things in his backyard.

all of my neighbors are hillbillys, (of course I'M not, I'M a transplant. hehe) and they're all like that ...
their family vehicle is a ATV (seriously) and some of them go around shooting their houses up and shooting at other neighbors and calling the police on people because someone moved a rock at the end of their driveway ... seriously.
so do YOU have neigbors like MINE?

Sounds pretty strange to me. Do you have a lot of missing homeless people from your area? You might be on the news soon, saying "I don't know, he was always so quiet, and kept to himself."

Oh, yeah, I have that guy for a neighbor too, but for an added bonus, he's like 650 lbs. and rides a crotch rocket motorcycle...shirtless. (I need to mooooooove...)

I never hear anything from my neighbor... he's always in a drunken stupor.
Sometimes I do have to tell him to turn his music down though...
