Absolutely not. This DUI thing has become a huge money-making deal for the local courts and lawyers, and don't give a darn about a person needing to drive to work to pay their costs. DUI's are out of control and now can send someone to jail who just is in a hotel having a drink and spending the night there, never planning to drive. It is yet another infringement on personal choice and makes money for strapped local communities who's jobs went overseas. I have 2 relatives killed by drunk drivers, but I still have the sense to see the differance between a killer and injustice.

It should be taken away forever. Most deaths related to DUI's don't happen to the irresponsible drunkard, but to innocent individuals and families. Their choice to drink and drive should be synonymous with losing the privilege of driving.
