This happens a lot more than you know. Just because a racist loves and chooses to share his life with someone of another race, doesn't mean he trusts others of that race. He may feel that she is one of "the good ones". I'm black and I've had several white friends that liked and trusted me because I'm intelligent , fun to be around and I came from a middle class upbringing. But I had to dump a couple of them because they slipped up and let me know how they feel about my people as a whole. You'll also find a lot of white people who will straddle the fence. They'll tap into our culture long enough to enjoy the rebelliousness and freshness of it all, but still choose to make unfounded generalizations and stereotypes while retreating to their own world when it suits them.

Yeah, I was married to a bigot who lusted me and didn't want anyone else to have me. Notice I said "was married".
I hope the Jamaican woman can get out fast if indeed the new Black neighbor is not foiling the neighborhood, and hopefully it's not because that new neighbor is Black, you know? Maybe it's his/her actions that the man has a problem with. We can only hope.
The lessons learned in life...blah..

No. My friends are all either dating or married to white men and these men are pretty cool so far. Im Nigerian and Im not married (dont plan to be until 3-4yrs from now) but I dated this white guy who had something against black American men. It took me a while to figure that out because Im not used to racism/discrimination.

Actually yes. My husband's first wife's brother is gay and he had married a lady from the Philippines. He is one of the most bigoted people I have ever met.

No, I haven't and if I ever met someone like that I'd be concerned for the woman especially if she's a foreigner. She could've been bought...
That sounds super fishy.
