That is exactly what it is, with some raw tissue. Get some suppositories with the medicine and cooling sensation too. Also get a bottle of witchhazel or some tucks pads to swab your tush. It should calm the burning and itching. Put a do not enter sign on there.

It could be an abscess or a fissure, which is a tear in the lining between your anus and vagina. Believe me if it's either of the two I just mentioned you'd wish it was only hemorrhoids. Though painful and/or uncomfortable they aren't life threatening.

And why would we report you for this?? Do you mean the content of your question? Honey, this ain't nothing. I've see posts of detailed descriptions of a first timer with anal sex and she didn't get booted. Yet they booted my friend for just posting "hello??" because it's considered chatting. Whatever.

Anyway back to your problem, you NEED to see a doctor soon! You need to spend the day looking for free or low cost medical treatment. If it's serious enough and you need surgery the hospital will help you apply for medicaid and that goes back six months. If you have a Catholic hospital in town, cool!! They should have all sorts of programs for low income. And you could also talk to a case worker about getting medicaid. So start with Catholic hospitals first. And ER HAS to treat you no matter what your ability to pay is. And you could ask to speak to a case/social worker while in ER and talk the them about getting medicaid.

But get help now, worry about the bill later. Your health/life is at risk. And don't be afraid to tell the doctor how it happened. They don't really care, believe me. I worked in ER for along time.

You can use preparation h to tighten up the skin again; but sometimes when anal sex happens, you rip the skin and have to get stitches, that area is made for things to come out, notcoming in, so you have to be extremely relaxed to have a good anal penetration.

you reallly should go to your doctor, it is the best advice, you might need some stitches and you´r holding that pain, you better be safe so it doens´t get any worse.

Good luck! ;D

Yeah, I really don't think there is anything you can do except go to the doctor. Even if you do get an answer on here, wouldn't you want to be absolutely sure that it's not serious? I would. Go to the doctor, better safe than sorry.

Sounds like an infection to me. My advice to you, if you can't go to a doctor, is this. Sit in a warm bath for 30 minutes. Don't scrub, just sit. Then when you get out, pat yourself dry and look with a mirror to see exactly if it is inflamed, full of pus, or just a tear! You may have to put antibiotic cream on it and soak three times a day until it is gone. I don't know how you are going to bandage it, but if you can, put the antibiotic cream on and "air dry" and leave it uncovered.

If that doesn't clear it up in a few days, you are going to have to go to the doctor. You may have cause a serious tear in your rectum and it needs to be taken care of by a doctor. Sorry hon, but that's a very delicate area there, and there is SO much bacteria.....well, like I said, if it doesn't clear up soon, you NEED to go to the doctor.~

Yeah, that's a new one. Go ahead and go to the doctor. It will probably be something they haven't seen either so you will have to let them know how this happened. Don't make anything up or don't have some other story, tell them what happened so they can get you in and out as quickly as possible. Some other story only delays your progress.
Side note: I can't see anyone reporting this at all.

We're all saying the same here, it might cost you an arm and a leg but you really do need to get this checked out sweetie, it sounds like a bllister the way you say "bubble" which could have been caused by friction prior to penetration. Please go see a doctor and get this sorted out

This sounds very serious. You definately need to go to the doctor, other than that, its good to soak in a bathtub of warm water. Don't wear tight clothes either. Sorry I don't know what else to say!!

I know what its like to not have insurace but you need to see a doctor now! It could be an infection!!

On another note if you are going to do that again make sure you lube up and go slow so it doesnt happen again.

You definitely need to see a doc, if you're uninsured try calling planned parenthood or a clinic in your area. Since it was an issue relating to sex they might be able to help you out at a lower cost. Next time remember to lube up better! Good luck!
