If she is starting to pull up then I would say possibly in the next couple of months. My daughter started walking at 11 months and is now running at 12 months! ha!! Good luck to you as she takes those first steps!

The developmental norm of walking is usually 10-12 months although can sometimes be delayed or even achieved early. There is no "clever" child and "dumb" child when it comes to achieving norms as some people say, so if your daughter is pulling up i guess another month or so and she will take her first few proud steps in front of mummy : )

I've seen babies as young as 8 months walking unassisted.
My children, were between 13-15 months before they were steady enough to walk alone.
If your child isn't walking by 24 months, talk to your pediatrician.

At 6-7 months they should be walking holding on and at 8 to 9 months old they should walk on their own. By 12 months they should be walking as well as you and talking in complete sentences that make sense. Don't use baby talk with your child or treat them like a baby too much and you will have a great kid.

there's no way to know. some babies will be quick and start walking on their own really soon after pulling themselves up. Some of them take months to be able to walk after pulling themselves up. Enjoy these moments before your baby does start walking and you constantly have to be on top of her to make sure she doesn't get into anything she shouldn't be getting into or getting hurt!

if she already started, then she should start soon, how old is she?
I don't really know what time baby's suppose to walk, because they all different. I started at 10 month, my friend's baby at 11, other one at 8, so u never know. My baby is only 2,5 month so i'm still far away.
But good luck to u with her first step on her own!!!

No time frame, just when they are ready. My 11 year old didn't start walking until she was 2, had no desire, my 6 year old started walking at 10 mos. It all depends.

My oldest took her first step the day after her first birthday, my youngest was running around by 9 months, probably because she wanted to chase after her big sister, she still is! I think it's pretty common for the oldest to walk earlier and the younger ones to want to catch up to them. Plus it helps to see someone your own size doing something, makes it easier for you to figure out how to do it. If she's pulling up on her own, try helping her walk and try to encourage her to do it whil holding on to just one of your hands, and make sure she's holding on to you, not you holding on to her. That way, she'll gain confidence and stability faster.
