Yeah, to the guy above me, the first two don't count(not in the league) and Biron was never close to being an All-star.

I will say on a hunch Tomas Vokoun. I have no rhyme or reason why, just with all the illnesses and injuries he has had over the years, I think he will be on the decline. I hope I am wrong because I like what Florida is doing. (Minus the Luongo trade ofcourse)

I'd say Olaf Kolzig. People forget he won the Vezina in the 1999-2000 season and was a two-time all-star. It hasn't helped, of course, that Washington hasn't been very good (especially defensively) over the past few years, but he's also 37 years old now. Still good and reliable, but definitely on the decline and no longer great.

There's also Khabibulin -- four-time all-star and first Russian keeper to win the Cup.

I wanna say Dwayne Roloson, but he had one specatucalar (spelling?) and then one "ok" year. And thats not enough to judge on. Another one would be Cujo, but since ur addition said declining not declined, hes eliminated to, along with Belfour.

I'm going to say Jose Theodore with Colorado. I mean c'mon from an all-star goalie with Montrael to a backup in Colorado to (Jeez i cant think of his name, i have a rookie card of him too, dang it) well you know who im talking about. But jeez, doesn't get more declining than that.

ADD: Peter Budaj thats it!!!

Theodore, this might be his last chance or he could be next year's Theodore. Also, while Manny Fernandez I don't think was ever an all-star, his numbers are going to go sour.

Shueman- Is that the same Brodeur who was the best goalie last year and the reigning Vezina trophy winner? I mean, come on man.

Like i'm telling you...... hit it out of the park with Jose Theodore, the guy went from the MVP and Vezina winner in 01-02 to a mediocre back-up now

Hasek is declining, but I don't think he is at mediocre yet, he is still one of the top 10 in the league in my opinion, but he has declined from his days in Buffalo.

But fastest has been Belfour, possibly Biron, I'm not entirely sure on this question though.

I think Ed Belfour, Curtis Joseph and Martin Biron.

Theodore isn't declining. He's already finished declining, he can't decline any further. It is beyond the physical realm of possibilities for him to decline any further.

Theodore and Hasek. Both need to get out before they further embarrass themselves like Belfour did..
