Close to wear I live they built a place that looks like a max security prison.I think they are done making it now but there is no one there.Rumor is that is owned by Fema.Why would Fema need a max security prision?

FEMA wouldn't need a maximum security prison. Do you have any source of information, or is there a large prison looking building that someone told you FEMA owned?
