Yes, the Packers are playing well at this time. But, they will not go to the Super Bowl without a running game.

Not unless they develop a better running attack.
Let's see how they do against the Bears in week 5.
Right now they are a electric offense due to their passing attack, and they have a strong stifling defense. The points split tells a story 77 scored vs. 50 points scored on. Good but not world beating. (compare that with the only other unbeaten NFC team the Cowboys 116/65, and you see what I mean)
what's the difference? Cowboys have a running game. It's worth 15 pts a game over the Packers...

NO, the Bears are struggling losing a road game to San Diego & a home game to the best team in the NFC in Dallas. They will have a good season & looking at their schedule probably make the playoffs but Chicago still owns the NFC North & the Pack is good this year. However Dallas & Chicago are better. Carolina, Tampa Bay, San Francisco & Seattle are just as good. 3 games into the season with 2 of those 3 being home games don't put the cart in front of the horse. They have a good shot of making the playoffs but the Superbowl I would say NO!!!!

With the projected NFC Superbowl representative at 0-3 (Saints), the conference is up for grabs. Cowboys, Packers, Seahawks, maybe the Bears, are all in the chase. Its a long season yet to go, anything can happen, anyone can get hurt, anyone can loose their concentration.

Favre is fired up now, but it's a long season. Last year, I looked at their schedule and at a long-faced Favre and I couldn't see a W anywhere on their schedule....really. They started getting the new offense and system (and bought into it) and they ended up last year pretty well, esp. relative to what most people thought they would be. This year Brett Favre is reinvigorated and I think is really enjoying playing ball again...so lookout. Will they make the big dance? Probably not. I see the NFC Conference Championship being Dallas vs. Seattle, but it won't matter in the big bowl as I see New England beating all comers.

although they are much better this year than last the Packers dont stand a chance of making the super bowl because they simply cant run the football, their defence is the strong point with eventually make them super bowl contenders in the next couple of years only if brett favre decides to play that long.

They are playing like the Saints did last year, like they have something to prove. They will go far, but will they go all the way?
they have great chemistry going right now and lets hope it keeps up, seeing Farve get another ring would be a nice farwell gift for him and he would probobly let himself retire. Iam a diehard Steelers fan, but I wouldnt mind seeing Farve win this, he is a great QB, definately going to the hall of fame.
Like I said, will they go? Probobly not, but I wouldnt mind seeing it

Doubtful. They pulled out three hard fought wins. It's good to see them battling and pulling it out. But they aren't good enough all around. They need a running game to develop, then maybe they could do some damage. Maybe in a year or two, they're a pretty young team too.

I think they will make it to the play-offs but a superbowl is a bit of a stretch, they'll make a wild card maybe win the NFC but nothing more, remember the play-offs are the cream of the crop.
