Okay...I have class in like 6 hours for my Bible class. But I'm going to school in like 45 minutes. Okay...so I have to write an STORY, fiction or non-fiction, and it has to circle around one of the Proverbs in the Bible. But the thing is...I HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED, AND I HAVE STAGE FRIGHT! I get all shaky and nervous when reading my things in front of the class! Okay..I'm asking a double question here, but how do I get it over with?! And how the heck can I fit in a whole entire block of story-writing in like 50 minutes combined?! I'm always one of those people that worry and stress over the small things, and always worry about what people think of my work, but HELP?!!?!

Okay.....I still don't think nobody understands my 'major' question, since now that I have calmed down from hysteria of my stage fright. It has to be fiction, my own writing, my own thoughts, no copying or anything from the Bible, except the Proverb. Okay. Thanks again to those who answered.

Okay...I have officially calmed down....I have a Proverb (Do not boast about tomorrow, for you do not know what a day might bring forth). I kinda have a story plot..I guess. So I think...I could work this out..thanks.

Exceptional Recovery.
You must have prayed and then calmed down to overcome your the stress and anxiety.
Now LISTEN, not to me but the Holy Spirit. He will help you.

I agree with the previous people. Not saving things until the last minute will help not only the quality of your material but your stage fright as well.

That being said, choose a proverb that you can relate to, one that you have had experience with. And remember when delivering your speech that probably most of the people in your class are just as nervous as you are and are thinking more about their own presentation if they have yet to go than judging you on yours. The ones that have already gone are probably so relieved that they are done that they aren't judging you either. Do you judge them when they present?

pick a proverb from the Bible that you can relate to then make an impromptu speech about your experiences or opinions about that proverb. As for the stage fright thing, don't get nervous, if you do, you'll get a low score... you should have done this earlier so you won't be cramming now...

I think you wouldn't get so stressed if you planned ahead. If you would have had this written a few days ago, there would have been plenty of time to go over it a few times and build yourself up for the big speech. But anyone would be freaking out if they had to do it with no preparations. You really need to stop procrastinating and I think it would solve a lot of the stage fright and stress. Good Luck!

Look at your mom, if she gains weight on her stomach, thats the reason you are too. Probably the reason you and your friend weigh the same but she's skinnier looking is probably because she might be taller or gain weight in different places than you. Well if your not comfortable about your stomach i suggest wearing a tankini, or monokini. Or wear a color that makes your skin glow, like if you have tan skin, white or silver makes the skin look gorgous :P If you have pale skin i suggest wearing the color blue or really dark colors. I can't say what to do for your hair, because its gonna be wet anyway so i guess you can wear it down or do a fishtail braid, fishtail braids look great on blonde and dirty blonde hair.

Your stress level would improve if you planned ahead and didn't wait until the last minute to write the story.

Pick one of the proverbs in the book of Proverbs. Something on wisdom or beauty perhaps?

proverbs 17:17 = A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity. (sorry, only have the KJV version)
write something about friendship. that should be easy, right?
if you could bring your paper, just see the paper all times and read them slowly, don't look at the people. if you should look forward, just see the wall.
talk like you're talking to yourself, so you won't get nervous.

Maybe you should write about this in Proverbs 6:

6 'Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!

7 It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,

8 yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.'

It used to bother me a lot when I was at school!

fiction shouldn't be to difficult since the bible is full of it.
The best way to solve this problem is to tell your parents that you have been studying science lately and realize that religion is an out dated fairytale written thousands of years ago by an uneducated pack of sheepherders, fishermen and witchdoctors and that you've decided to become an atheist and that you prefer the facts of science rather than wasting your life with the fictitious ideologies that you are brainwashed with in bible classes.
