I'd like to update my style (I tend to be a plain jane---plain t-shirts, button up shirts and black pants are staples). I'm a size 12 and would like to go for a seductive and sexy but professional look. Any suggestions on where I should shop?

also a size 12...so can relate. I tend to shop at macys (INC brand), nordstroms (semantiks, caslon, halogen) Ann Taylor for fancy suits, Ann Taylor Loft for more casual work wear/weekend stuff, Banana Republic and j. crew. I also find great unique pieces at a place called Chico's. But most people here would find that store too mature. But they have wonderful jewelry pieces and embellished items.

Macy's, Nordstroms and Bloomingdales all have very nice clothes in your size in their Misses' Dept. Some stores offer free shopping advice.
