I have to agree with you on the slow moving people!
Or you are in the supermarket, pushing a wonky-wheeled trolley and you get two people who decide the middle of the aisle is the perfect spot for a bloody good gossip! I would have thought a coffee shop would be more appropriate!
My 12 year old son thinking he has ALL the time in the world in which to get dressed, get his school stuff ready and have breakfast before school! He has to catch the bus at about ten to eight and is usually gets up at seven!

Most of the time I try not to have to rush but it never fails that on the mornings that I have to be in a meeting, that's the morning that I oversleep and of course already your day is shot but now you have to add on top of that, your hair will not cooperate, you have to run back into the house on more than one occasion because you forgot something, the clothes you picked out the night before, for some odd reason just doesn't look well on you but it's too late to change and then you get behind people who should be made to take their driver's test over!! By the time you get to the meeting, you are so agitated that you could care less about anything but then you note that your boss must have had the same kind of morning because they are in even a worse mood then you are. And that's why I then have a chocolate lunch!!!

Hello alser,
We all seem to suffer the same problem. When we are in a hurry everything appears to slow us down.
To be honest I don't believe this is the case. If we were not in a hurry to get somewhere, these 'hold-ups' would still occur but we are so used to them that they do not register so much with us.
But when we are desperate to get somewhere quickly all the normal things that occur seem to become more pronounced and we simply think that the reason for it is because we are in a hurry.
Of course I could be wrong.
Please forgive me but I have to rush off now as or I am going to be late for an appointment (LoL).

Not being able to find my keys, shoes, bag etc.
If I have to take the kids with me, them not getting there coats and shoes on when I tell them too. Also getting them strapped in there car seats.
eejits dawdling in front of me...That's when the pushchair comes in handy as a battering ram!he he.
My other half deciding to get a shower 10 Min's before we have to leave!Argh!
People standing in doorways having a converstion or pushing in front of me in a que when I'm already late.
The rash that I come out in when I'm stressed-Late=Stress and my neck goes bright red.
I must point out though that I'm always in a rush...I'll was born 2 weeks late and it set a precedent for life!

When I'm rushing to go out and the phone rings, I answer it in case it's important and it's usually a friend who just wants a chat. You tell them you are just on their way out but they don't get the hint and babble on for ages!!! I love talking to my friends, but there are times when I just don't have time!!
