Motivation comes from your inner self.You alone have to make sure you do your best.When you know you've tried your hardest that is enough to achieve success.Just by trying makes you a champion and you do not need anyone to put you down and never underestimate yourself.

just the eagerness of wanting (so badly) to be successful. i cant be a role model to my neices and nephews (who are in their teens right now) if im slacking around and not doing for the better all the time...
I want to prove to them that hard work and the will to succeed ALWAYS pays off =)
