I (finally!) gave birth to a little boy last monday, 9 days late and 9lb 1/2 0z! We named him Oscar Phoenix and he is just perfect!!!! They're definately worth the wait! xx

Congrats - bet he is a cutie, 9 days eh defo worth the wait though - my 2nd was 10 days late (although if he was born on time he would of been here on boxing day) and he was a whopper at 9lb 4oz! Home birth and most definitely the easiest - did you see Charlotte Church had her baby - a girl Ruby.

Awww Congratulations..Wow 9 Pound 1/2 ounces..still doesnt beat me tho , 9 pound 12 =] and my dads partners son was 10 pound 4 ounces lol!

You're right, they are def worth the wait! We had to go through IVF to get our little boy - and he is soooooo worth it (he must a L'oreal baby!! he he)

love the name!..i had my little boy on the 7th of september and hes called owain thomas,7lb 5. he was in special care for a week with a group b strep infection,but hes fine now!
