LOL! Snoring is not strictly male & has nothing to do with having an Adam's Apple, it's caused by blocked air passages. In fact snoring & being a light sleeper go together in Sleep Apnea. If you have Sleep Apnea, what happens is you actually stop breathing in your sleep. When you do you come up closer to consciousness, but not to fully awake & "catch your breath". Most people who have sleep apnea are unaware that they do, but are always light sleepers because they are unable to get fully into REM sleep. Do you experience any tiredness during the day, or excessive sleepiness? If you don't always snore, it could be simply a cold or swollen nasal passages. Many Blessings!
