I don't know how they are over there, but here, they have pets to keep them company. They do really care for the animals. and don't generally beg for money. They animals are usually found while traveling and you can't help but take them along with you. The alternative is the dogs getting ran over or put to sleep. If you see a kid on the street with a dog, then he's just traveling for fun and/or something to do. They only ask for money when they absolutely have to. They would rather sell something they made, or do some other work for a meal or a ride to the next town.
But I hear, in Europe, the street beggars are like organized crime families and their job is to beg for money.
The real bums around here would never have a dog 'cause it's just another mouth to feed and they're only worried about what they can screw other ppl out of.

do not sense to blame. whilst there is a few homeless human beings certainly in desire of charity, maximum of them are actually not. Begging has grow to be a corporation for some, and that they do make good funds, somewhat in city centres or outdoors pubs/nightclubs and so on. I used to artwork in a keep the place we had beggars outdoors an incredible variety of the time. if human beings bought them some water or a sandwich, they got here lower back in after a jiffy attempting to return it in substitute for funds. One beggar, "gary", got here in each saturday and sunday morning to get his lose replace swapped for notes. At weekend nights he could beg interior the city centre and many times make between £one hundred-a hundred and fifty. in line with evening! besides, maximum of them are registered at some handle or different, subsequently nevertheless receiving reward. Being homeless in recent times is extra oftentimes a glance than an actually undertaking. I do recognize that not all beggars extra healthful into this description, yet many do, so subsequently stay sceptical and word that the needy could surely have somewhat a stunning extra earnings (and all that untaxed)! in case you do prefer to assist, donate funds to charitites helping homeless human beings, as they're consistently in desire and doubtless discover it much less confusing to chop up the actual needy from the purely grasping.

No, not at all.
Sure, some people are dealt a bad hand in life, but only they can turn things around. There is no need for anyone to be homeless in the UK, plenty of support there if they ask for it. Same in Australia
