I really need some help here, I cant seem to find a program like this anywhere. If anybody knows of a program like this, or knows why i can;t find one please let me know.

You need a Bluetooth Adapter for your laptop. It will come with a CD that you use to install the appropiate drivers.

Bluetooth requires special hardware (something to send and receive the signal). So you can not set up Bluetooth using only software. You would need to purchase a Bluetooth card to add to your computer. It will come with the software you need to make it operate. They are available in USB and PC Card versions that will work in any laptop. Also if you check the laptop's manufacturer's web site they may offer an internal Bluetooth card specific to that model.
