The best things in life are NOT free... but rather expensive. The price tag to see the things desired in life cost blood, sweat, and tears... and then you must persevere and continue laboring to get the things your heart yearns for. One must work and work hard to arrive at that special place of attaining and keeping. Take it from me. I'm in my late 40's and my dreams have not happened. Like a former pastor used to say: Spit in one hand and put a wish in the other... and see which you get more of. I know that doesn't sound very good, but it is still true and a lesson I and many others must learn. A friend used to say this to me when we used to chat "If wishes were horses, then beggars would ride".

When my older daughters tell me I give them great advice, when my two younger kids are playing and laughing in the pool and I find myself laughing at the sound....sheer bliss!!!!
