They have not seen each other for 5 years. He abandoned her and her child she had with him. The child was conceived at approximately the same time as the marriage occured, so it's hard to say whether it was before or after they were married.

He is a polygamist and can be thrown in jail. If he is not divorced from the first wife, the second and third aren't valid, but he can be thrown in jail, and SHOULD be.

He is only legally married to the 1st wife , the other 2 marriages dont even exist , so this question is irrelevant.
If your 1 of the wive's or your friend is then pack his stuff throw it on the lawn and say cyaaaaaaaaa.He does how ever still hafta pay child support so get him.

I'm not an expert in law - but - in the US - it's illegal to be married to more than 1 woman at a time (even in Utah - where they just turn their head from it). However - if it can be proven that he's the father of the child - I think he could be held accountable for some level of child support

If a man is married to more than one woman none of his marriages are legal. All any of them have to prove is that none of them are divorced from him...they should notify the authorities as well so they can shove his butt into prison for polygamy, that's against the law here in the U.S.

in what country he lives?
if he lives in some muslim country he can have up to 4 wife's
in rest of world he can have only one wife( the first) and for more he can go to jail for bigamy
