On the left side of my pubic bone there is a bump underneath the skin. It feels similar to like when your lymph nodes in your neck are swollen. It is about the size of a dime, and does not hurt. What could this be? Should I be concerned?
Also, I am 23 weeks pregnant. Not sure if that matters or not.

It probably is a lymph node. You have those in your groin area, too. They are often much more palpable than any other lymph nodes and it's normal for them to feel a little enlarged. But, if it's the size of a dime, you might want to have your doctor check it out at your next prenatal visit. That could indicate an infection somewhere in your lower body - or it could just be your body reacting to a cut or something that you have in your lower half, too. I wouldn't worry about it, but, again, do mention it to the doctor.

You have glands in that area, and its common for them to get swollen in pregnancy. You can also get cysts.

I wouldnt be overly concerned about it, but be sure to mention it to your doctor at your next visit for your own sanity.

i would check with your dr...but it might be something as simple as a skin tag developing..pregnant women get those.
If it doesn't hurt i wouldn't fret to much but if it is bothering you..call you dr that is what s/he is for!
