Hi, I am 40 weeks + 6 days pregnant. Today I had about a 4 minute spell of trembling, i wasn't cold or anything. I have read that it can be a sign of early labour. Has anyone experienced this, and if so how long was it before labour actually began for you? Thanks in advance!

Ive never heard of that, to me it sounds like renal failure... lol. You're not swollen are you? Your BP isnt high?

Whatever it is, stay active, its the best way to encourage labor. Or try pooping. Thats how I ended up in labor...

yes it can happen before & during labor. Mine started about 4 hours before giving birth and lasted up until the birth of my baby. Its irritating but once u start having stronger contractions then u wont even notice the trembling. Just be sure to tell ur doctor and go from there. Good Luck w/u & ur new addition.
