While Misbah-uil-Haq is a great batysman and has been instrumental in the success of pakistan in the tournament and single handedly lead Pakistan to the doorstep of victory in the final, after watching the match I felt that he made a big mistake in playing the scoop shot which caused his downfall. especially when 3 more balls were left.

Yes Misbah was the hero who saved Pakistan from a horrible defeat !

Proud of that person and as Sha( the user here) has said it was India vs Misbah match.. ......truely said ! Well Done Misbah !!

he made a mistake at the end..but i have forgiven him for that on the spot..he did his best and ofcourse it was the duty of whole the team to chase not just Misbah or Nazir .

You are right..he played so great with that confidence and with controlled nerves and had almost snatched the victory from indian team..! but that last shot.... ! Anyways !That was India's day and we should admit this !

Well Misbah played marvellously n he didnt lost his nerves at any point in timeee. it was just his bad luck that the scoop shot had got catched else it would definately be a six or a four....
But on the same time, we ust appreciate indian team for playing v well. they had planning, coordination and strength to turn the game as well....
So is the end of Twenty 20 tournamentt...

Misbah played a good innings however the rest of your comment is really disrespecting to Shreesanth. He held his nerve enough to get Tanvir out, to hold the catches of Afridi and Misbah and to come back after getting pasted to bowl a maiden. It wasn't a good maiden but he got the job done.

Had he held his nerves, he wouldn't have given a sitter of a catch to Sree. Before that, he did seem to have held his nerve well
