IMO, I'd say The Hitman vs HBK because of how many matches they had between 1990 - 1997, their real dislike for each other, and of course the infamous Montreal Screwjob.

The best listed here is, without a doubt, HBK vs Bret Hart. They had some terrific matches, and their backstage heat paralleled with their on-screen heat beautifully. Not to mention, the notorious Montreal Screwjob, which led to the Attitude era, the Mr. McMahon character (not Vince McMahon, his on-screen persona), and the best feud, the unlisted--
Austin vs McMahon! This feud, along with the Rock and D-Generation X, was what made the Attitude Era. Their matches, segments, everything was Attitude Art.
Funny, Montreal made Mr McMahon, and Bret propelled Austin into the limelight. Looks like Bret made the Attitude Era.

I agree that the real disdain and the actually screwjob involved in the Hart-Michaels feud makes it the best. I think for me, even though Hogan is the best ever you didnt mention a feud that interest me so I will go with the Rock and Stone Cold as my #2

I would have to say Rowdy Roddy Piper vs Hulk Hogan. Their match, shown on MTV, called "The War to Settle the Score", lead to the first Wrestlemania and the rest is history.

from those 5 propositions, i'd say Stone Cold vs The Rock was the best... i mean i can remember any other rivalry that featured 3 wrestlemania main events for the WWE championship like it happened during the Stone Cold vs The Rock rivalry...
but i think the best rivalry ever (not listed in your question) is DX vs the McMahons
