It's a fact that Indian fans turned out in large numbers for the final match understandably cos' India was one of the teams. But the Indian tricolour was being flashed in most of the matches involving other countries. Support for the T20 matches was unbiased and rightly so there were a few surprises here and there, like Zimbabwe winning against the OZ. A great tournament and a great win for India in the final.

It is not correct that only Indian fans supporft T2-0. It has been officially confirmed that the T20 World Cup was a grand success beyond exectatiions. Without any bias, I will say that the matches involving India were the most exciting matches in the tournament as no one could predict the winner till the las.

Just to let you know 80% of those Indian supporters were South African born. South Africa has the highhest Indian population outside India. By the way they supported every match that India played.

No. The shorter version will kill the game one day. Already the Traditional Test Match is losing its charm due to invention of One Day Internationals, now 20-20 added salt to the injury.
