How sick am I???
If it's not life-threatening, I'd go for the hospitable hostel.
If I had to be on life-support or something like that, I'd prefer the hostile hospital, (but when I got better I'd go back to the hostel!)
Cute question, by the way, it made me smile! Sounds like something Lemony Snicket would ask!

It would be according to how sick I was. If my sickness
wasn't life-threatening, I would rather be treated with
hospitality in a hostel.

If a host was able to spit at me- then i'd rather be in a hostel without the spit.

hands down
when a professional is hostile, it really says something bad about them and their politics...
