I don't find it easy though.
I try hard to because of inevitable detestable authorities like teachers and school administration.
Most of the time just to avoid problems.

I try to ask my friends about positive things they can think of about the person and list it down on a piece of paper. Whenever something good pops in my head, I jot it down and soon enough I have a list to come back to every time I get irritated or annoyed by them.

If I dislike a person, I dislike them. No, I will not look for anything positive about them. I'll keep away from them. :P

Yes. I have found that immediate dislike of a person is usually triggered by my own past experiences. By finding something likable it is easier to tolerate them.
Sometimes, with time and patience, I end up learning and liking them.
