Click on "My Computer"
Click on the listing or icon for your Hard Drive (C:)
You will see your file directory there
Odds are what you want to delete will be inside the "Program Files" folder. It will have a folder name based on either the program's name or the company that makes its name.

But a better way to get rid of it is to try a different anti-spyware program. The two that I have had the best success with are Spybot Seek&Destroy and Ad-Aware. They are available free at http://download.com

I would try them first before attempting to remove the program by hand, as you do not appear to be that familiar with doing it (no insult intended). If you do something wrong it could damage Windows and prevent your computer from booting.

So try the other spyware scanners first, please.....

i got rid of spy shredder by deleting the registry. But, I would recommend, using an anti-spyware program such as Trend Micro Anti-Spyware. Its a trial period, but for 30 days, it will protect you from spyware, and scan your computer super fast to delete spyware!

How to remove SpyShredder registry keys:

Your Windows registry is the core of your Windows operating system, storing information about user settings, system preferences, and software, including which applications automatically launch at start up. Because of this, spyware, malware, and adware will often bury their own files into your Windows registry so that they automatically launch every time your start up your PC.

1. Select your Windows menu “Start,” and click “Run.” An “Open” field will appear. Type “regedit” and click “OK” to open up your Registry Editor.
2. Registry Editor will open as a window with two panes. The left side Registry Editor’s window lets you select various registry keys, and the right side displays the registry values of the registry key you select.
3. To find a registry key, such as any SpyShredder registry keys, select “Edit,” then select “Find,” and in the search bar type any of SpyShredder’s registry keys.
4. As soon as SpyShredder registry key appears, you can delete the SpyShredder registry key by right-clicking it and selecting “Modify,” then clicking “Delete.”

I suggest you do a search for that file you want to delete instead. Thereby it would be easier.

Click start, then click on search. When you have found what you have been looking for, you can delete the file from there.

Good luck.
