Test cricket is boring to watch.

Any one who thinks Test Cricket is bring didn't watch the Ashes in England in 2005, that series had everything and could still go either way on the alst day of the last test.

As for the draws. Nothing is better than watching one man singlehandedly take on a team of bowlers as they hurl a leather object down at them at 150 km/h and they try to survive.

I'm no lord, and I have a pretty mediocre attention span, but Test Cricket for me is more exciting than any one day or abridged form of the game.

In no other sport can a player without innovation survive. Test cricket was invented for the lords of Britain. A set of people who used to think it below their dignity to work. No wonder the game lasts for 5 days. Originally it lasted for 6 (a rest day in between).

In no other sport can you play for a draw. The only thing that comes close is chess. That lasts for 2 hours on average. It has suddenly occurred to me that the two games have a lot in common. Equally boring and equally lethargic.

the point test cricket is for people who have a concentration span longer than that of a juvenile monkey.
People who label it "boring" do not realize that you dont need to watch every ball bowled in test cricket, you can get score checks while your at work, you can miss a session, but you get emotionally involed. It swings from session to session. For players, the cream rises to the top, as you can not hide your lack of skill or mental strength as you can as much as 20/20 or even ODI's.

Its for the hardcore cricket lovers. Not really for the spectators ! Spectators like to see 6, 4, wickets every delivery; they don't really like to watch someone like Tendulkar taking 2 days to get 150 runs when they get double entertainment in 3 hrs in T20 and in 8 hrs in ODI's
