While there have been many famous cricketers from Karachi and Karachi has one of the best cricket stadium in Pakistan where international cricket matches are played, to the best of my knowledge only M.S. Dhoni has emerged from Ranchi and he has won the Twenty/20 Cricket World cup during his first stint as captain of India. Further, no injternational cricket matches are held ijn Ranchi.

Ranchi can produce a man who could change the entire cricketing world of india,who could also produce big hits and make his boys to perform[being a captain]
But karachi couldn't produce one....
