No, because he doesn't exist. However, George W. Bush does exist.

That's an easy one. No one is innocent,. The bible says we all are born sinners. And have to live in this world that is rules by sin. Jesus died on the cross to take away the debt owed from sin which is eternity in hell. People die every day from a variety of reasons but the bible says in Romans 6:23 that the wages of sin is death. So anyone who is a sinner will die. Can't blame God. He made a way out of hell for you. Rom 10:9-10

Man has free will, it is human kinds greatest gift. Man picks up a gun and chooses to fire it at another man. God does not fire the gun. God does however pull at the hearts of people who create aid foundations, hospitals, feeding programs and schools in Iraq to rebuild it. He also pulls at the hearts of the world through media and people protest putting pressure on those who choose to continue violence.

You have an erroneous concept of God and how he works in our lives.
Perhaps the real question is not why does God allow for physical evil, but why did God create us in a material world? Some suggest that God created us in an imperfect material world so that we would not rely on ourselves but come to love and rely on the perfect God (2 Cor 1:8-9). We were created with a desire and hunger, which can only be satisfied by God. This void of happiness calls us to Him. In the words of St. Augustine: "...for You have made us for Yourself, O God, and our heart is restless until it rests in You." [Confessions I,1,1] St. Irenaeus of Lyons (190 A.D.) has another thought:
...where there is no exertion, there is no appreciation. Sight would not be so desirable if we did not know what a great evil blindness is. Health, too, is made more precious by the experience of sickness; light by comparison with darkness; life with death. In the same way, the heavenly kingdom is more precious to those who have known the earthly one. But the more precious it is, the more we love it; and the more we love it, the more glorious shall we be in the presence of God. God, therefore, permitted all these things, so that we, instructed by them all, might in future be prudent in all things, and, wisely taught to love God, might abide in that perfect love. [Against Heresies IV,37,7]

Yes... the answer is: fallible, weak, sinful humans. We were also the reason God became man and died innocently. God did not actively cause people to die; we do that ourselves through our misuse of free will. But if any of those innocent deaths were people who died in a state of grace (friendship with God) then rejoice for them, for now they are in His presence for eternity.

he gave us free will, didn't choose to hold our hand, that's the reason the world is blowing itself up. It's all about free will. I'm American and I don't agree with the war... not even sure why we're still over there, so yeah... not all Americans are on board with the whole be over in Iraq for several years for some "Liberation" thing. Because like I said... I'm not sure why we're even still there.

Of course. This is what happens when humans are left to themselves to know what it wrong and what is right, without intervention from God. This is just a period in which God has allowed us to prove to him that we don't need him (as brought up in the garden of Eden, when Adam and Eve wanted to become gods themselves and set the standard for right and wrong). It is allowed so that in the end, no one can stand up and support this idea. Humans without God to govern them will eventually self destruct and worse, destroy the planet.
