I'm a chemical engineer.
Fire prevention device
- should be able to detect smoke or detect temperature rise above a certain degree
- should have an alarm system
- should be connected to sprinklers if available
sorry, but i cant suggest anything about making this device.
The most important attribute of teamwork for me is acceptance. Each person has a different set of values, abilities, and personality. Unless everyone in the team learn to accept each other, both the good and the downside, the team cannot work harmoniously. Everyone should recognize that they are on the same boat --- they sink or swim together.

Just remember, there is no "I" in TEAM !!!.......( I just answered your last question. I have no ideas or suggestions, and I am not an engineer !) The best boss I ever had taught us to go with other peoples ideas. Be open to suggestions. Sometimes, other people have better ideas than you. Smart man.
