The three of them were blessed by God, had a real close relationship to him. However, what is important to realize about these guys is that they all fell short of God's expectations. Moses took all the credit for making water come out of stone, David killed a man to marry his wife, and Solomon started worshiping other gods. Despite their failings, God forgave them and continued to bless them. The moral is that you and I who have never heard the voice of God or seen a miracle but have faith, we too can be forgiven at a much greater level than these three. If we do something bad, we should know that if we ask forgiveness from our hearts we will recieve it.
