Tell your real dad about what your step-dad is doing and tell him that you want to move in with him, if that's what you want.
Either way, tell your real dad about the sexual harassment and let him handle that in a way that he feels is appropriate.
It does not sound like you are that close to your mom, but if you feel that she will listen, you may want to tell her as well.
However, I would tell your real dad first and make arrangements with him prior to telling your mom, just in case things don't go too well and you need to go somewhere else immediately.

Good grief, is there a sane family member you can confide in? At 13 you shouldn't be going through none of this. Regarding the step-dad, I think you need to speak to your school counselor, they should be able to help you with your problems.

The best thing for you to do is to see your school guidance counselor. There iis not enough facts reveal here. Sorry. They can give you the help you need. You don't want to air all your problems like this on the Internet.

Go to your school guidence counceler, I did for my problems and it helped alot! What do you mean your real wants to take you away? Like, have you live at his house? Well if he didnt do anything maybe it would be best to go live with him. Someone safe away from your step-dad. For that you could probably go to the cops.

Sort through this with a trusted adult -- not in your family. Is there a guidance counselor at school who could help you? You really need to talk to someone -- it will affect the rest of your life and, God willing, that's a long, long time.
