Here is the problem..
i need to increase disc space of winxp partition as it's recommended to have 20%free space at least in winxp partition.
Currently i have 3 partition magic soft-apps norton,powerquest and paragon ( pretty new version).Powerquest failed in the past to resize Winxp partition.Now i'm scared about using those partition magics cause my latest winxp installation cd is not bootable (incase my os fails to boot from HD )although bios is set for boot from optical drives(cd/dvd's). Any useful ideas,please?

Acronis Disk Director is good for me.I use it to partition my drive and it's great.

Partition magic should be able to do this. You will most likely have to make a bootable cd with it and then you'll be able to resize your OS partition.
