I think you'll just have to quit "cold turkey." Have Mr. Jingles get rid of all the Habits and undergarments so you won't be tempted to wear them. I think once you get the nun's hat off and your trusty Tin Foil Hat back on, you'll feel much more in control.

Add more layers of foil to your hat and compress them until the point becomes sharp... and it should rip the habit on its own.
