Depends on from whose viewpoint. If the world sees someone like Donald Trump and a homeless person are thy likely to conclude Trump is blessed and other guy condemned? If the Lord looks in the heart and soul of the same, what will he see? the thief who was hung on the cross beside him and asked for forgiveness was promised "life with the Lord in Paradise". In the Bible the rich man and Lazarus the leper who begged for scraps the dogs would eat from the rich man's table, was with the Lord after death where the rich man begged Lazarus for a drop of water as he burned in the eternal fires of Hell. depends on your perspective. Not necessarily, but people who are blessed are fortunate and people who are condemned are unfortunate.
