It was suggested to use nod32 instead of Norton. I have had so much trouble with Norton. Can you suggest any other go-back that can be used that is extremely reliable?

Try the Free Anti Virus and Anti Spyware programs.

AVG and AVAST are free anti spyware programs.

Ad-Aware and Spy Bot Search and Destroy are Free anti spyware programs.

AVG also has anti spy ware and anti rootkit software. All Free.

go for avast or avg
they are free and the best antivirus around
get spybot for spywares
and ad aware for adwares

Ugh... why pay for antivirus?

I am a certified Netowrk Admin and I use AVG free.

Its just as secure as any other antivirus (or more secure) and its FREE

i trust my personal computers to it, check it out. (link below)
