It's not about speed or really ingredients(honey, milk, sugar) what makes it perfect is the actual process, stirring at the right time etc. Delicious.

Yes, this is a good method for making a cup of tea. The only addition I would make is, when you stir, make sure the spoon is put all the way to the bottom of the mug, and as you stir gently pull it up.

I like to put the milk in first, then the tea bag, then the water; leave it for about a minute and then squeeze the tea bag as I take it out.

Hmm - nice, but after years of using your method, I've gone back to this: boil kettle, add a little hot water to a teapot, swill round and throw away water; add teabag(s) to pot, then boiling water; wait two minutes, put milk if desired in CHINA cup, then add tea - it really is worth the extra effort! Cheers!

Personally, I don't like sugar in my tea and I like mine steeped for more like 5 minutes...nice & strong! But the milk is nice on a really cold day.

No I don't agree. What about proper, loose tea leaves? Preheating teapot etc. And I don't use sugar either.
