Why is ISRAEL asking America to pay them their foreign aid in EUROS and not US DOLLARS ?

The exchange rate is better on Euros than American Dollars, at this time. It does fluctuate, however.

I can only assume it is because the dollar is fast becoming worth less than the paper it is printed on.
