this product called migrastic, which you rub on your head if you have a headache. It gives a warm sensation on the head and helps
a lot. . I has peppermint oil, isopropyl myrisate and other ingredients. Is it permissible to use it in ramadan to treat headaches?

Yes it is permitted to use pepermint oil,isopropyl myrisate and other similar ingrediensts for your head ache healing. because it is not swallowed into your mouth.Your fasting is broken if you drink or eat someting or vomitting intentionally.
But you must control also your desires by avoiding telling bad or wrong words.By this act your fasting will not break but its rewards will be decreased.I hope you will be cured as soon as possible.Salam for you dear.
