i wana know weather they just look for a hott/sexc gf/wife or is it more about personality. and y do some guys never hold hands or even sit with their girlfriends?

First of all, she has to have high value...what do I mean by that? That she thinks highly of herself. High self-esteem. She wants something out of life and is on her path. That is the most attractive thing any woman can have...it is a very rare but very attractive quality. And when I say she respects herself, I mean in many ways. She does not put out easy, she is assertive, willing to stand up for herself and her rights. Basically, someone who is a real woman and not a girl in a woman's skin. This is called character. That is the most important thing (at least for me).
Personality traits are also important, such a humor.
And if she has character, most often she looks good too. The character brings out the attractiveness externally. Sounds weird but true. Confident girls can be spotted easily.
Boobs and *** is nice but not vital and not something I find important...just something that is nice if you do find that girl.
This is critera I use to find a potential mate...when I am single, I look for a girl that has potential to be a partner for a long time. But when guys look for one night stands and fun times, all of this becomes of little importance, and any girl with a decent body would do.

It mostly depends on many factors such as what the girl looks/acts like and also on the guys. At first glance it sex by biology, next is personality and what you both do or have in common. Some guys never hold hands because:1(early in the relationship)insecurity to not being too touch feely,unless they know that their touch is really accepted, lastly lack of faith in the relationship;2(middle or later) problems or if the love in relationship isn't that high after marriage/(sex is not as interesting anymore) in which you all just don't feel as much affection for each other;3(other possibilities) they don't feel comfortable to show the girl off because of fear/uneasiness from family or peers. combination looks can matter, but personality is very important, especially in the long run. The reason is because guys are supposed to be tough man! How can you be tough if your holding your girlfriends hand? lol I say it makes me tougher, cuz I'm willing to take all the crap I'll get... most people disagree.

I would want someone who had a lot in common with me and was easy to talk to so we could get along well, and we also have to agree on what's fun in bed :)

the guys u are talking about are serious jerks with some serious mental or personal problems..... and about what we look in girls..... a great personality..... nice sense of humour.... nice dressing sense and smell great.....basic manners are must..... throw some attitude.... guys love it
