nope. once it leaves San Francisco or New York, the military has sole possession of it. and they don;t track.

It can only be tracked as far as to where it will be picked up by the military. I have an APO address and my tracking always says something like dropped off in Richmond CA. After that it's not able to be tracked :(

Once it leaves the states, no. You can request signature required with return receipt. I did this when I sent our sons laptop, ipod and a few other things.
