If a married couple watching porn together, is that still adultery in the heart?

I don't believe it's adultery. There's nothing sneaky and underhanded going on.
I believe you're more aroused by the action on the screen, and not by the people themselves.
You and your spouse enjoy it together. No harm done.

You would have to admit, that you are finding the female in the video attractive. And you imagine that person in a sexual encounter with yourself.
If you are being honest.
If you truly love only your wife, you should not need to watch others to be stimulated.
I would also be concerned with your wife's feelings of attraction for the male in the video.
Watching others have sex, in a way, plants the seed of wondering what it would be like to have sex with other people outside the marriage.
So yes it is adultery, and I would think in some small way it is poisonous to the relationship.
I write this not to judge you but to help if I can.
You and your wife should focus on each other as the only, stimulus needed and make your marriage bed sacred, so that it is only for the two of you, and not even shared with people in a video.

Adultery is what you make of it. I would say no to that. I would also say it is not adultery for couples to be swingers. Adultery would be if I was in a monogamous relationship and she went and did something with someone.
Words from the bible can be twisted into whatever you want them to say...not just the bible...all words can.

Adultery of the heart is to see a person of the opposite sex and feel sexually aroused.
Only a sociey of Burkhas could create a pure Biblical enviornment where everyone could walk beside each other in purity.

Having sex --or even just wanting it-- outside of a marriage partner, is forbidden. Sex with children is likewise strictly forbidden, whether physical, or, a 'mental exercise', or, desire. Unnatural sex acts are also forbidden, & there is nothing natural about porn!
