The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won't help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don't eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i'm going pretty well if i don't say myself. 90 LBS isn't anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. If you want anymore details, feel free to email me. Just please be patient for ppl seem to email me for advice on this, I will reply, don't worry! ~Adia

You have to start somewhere. Exercise is the key here. It will tighten things up. There still may be some loose skin but that is better than bulges. You cannot have that much with only 65# to lose. There are various exercises that you can do to different parts of your body to get rid of the flab. You will be able to wear those cute outfits so get going girl. Good luck.

It really depends on what you weigh now. If you're 200 lbs and you're trying to lose 65lbs, there's no question, you should lose it. However if you're 150 and you're going for 85... no way. You see my point. You need to prioritize your health over fashion.
You're right streach marks and saggy skin won't look nice in a tanktop, but if you plan on losing that much weight (to the point where its noticible) then maybe you should hold back your goals and start with losing about 10 lbs. Don't think that you need to do everything at once. The people who lose weight and are able to keep it off plan well and take things slowly, step-by-step.

You know i was thinking the exact same thing this morning. But then i thought to myself, "well i can over up those stretch marks, i can tone that saggy skin, and i can perk up my breasts with weights!" You can't let the little things get in the way Hun. Theres creams for stretch marks, you can weight train to get toned, so the sagg will be bagged.
I say lose it, you won't regret it in the end.

Definitely!
You are focusing on the purely physical aspects of weight loss. The much more important aspect of weight loss is what it does for your health. You lower your cholesterol, blood pressure, heart attack risk, risk of strokes, and if you are not already diabetic, lessen the chance of becoming diabetic.
Cute clothes are a great reward for your hard work in loosing weight and maintaining it, but a longer life span and feeling great while you are living that longer life span is fantastic. Love yourself into it.

Thats a silly question. Are you able to wear those cute outfits now?
Thats like saying, I'm not going to treat my diabetes, cause i'll still have flat feet.
Take care of those health problems one at a time, at least you'll be getting progressively healthier.
