Just get some good music and let it twirl you around.

stretching is a part of rebuilding ur body to a proper physic (women's or men's) Im a personal trainer.

A lot of people think stretching is not important. What a lot of people dont know is their celeberties all do it to maintain sexy looking physics!

In your case stretch for about 10 mins.
leg stretches, back stretches, shoulders, arms, neck rotations. Then do about 40 jumping jacks. run in place bringing ur knees to ur chest ( this burns a lot of fat calories)
