Diffifcult problems can't be solved by running away from them.

You need to try and find a better future. Your current area of employment is retail, maybe you need to move into a related area of sales (maybe in wholesale where you are dealing the shops, same products, different customers).

Anyway, don't just quit. Look at different related jobs, maybe even study (move into a management position) and build a better future :)

I hate to say this girl but stay in your job because having no job and bills can be a worst nightmare. Its really hard to find a job now since somehow everybody is competing for it. I went to job interview a while back. I was excited about the job only to find out when I arrived that they were going to interview 7 more applicants!...what a waste of time! I stayed and had my interview but I wasn't surprised when I didn't get a call back. Another issue is $$$pay$$$ most new jobs want to offer you little but you will be lucky to find a job to give you close or more. I know this sounds horrible but I know it from experience. If I were you look elsewhere but at the meantime stay in your job. Once you found your new job then leave your 2 weeks notice or leave in good terms. Remember these days its important to leave the door open since life and jobs are unpredicatable. I hope this helps...

I did retail management for a long time, and yes it gets to be horrid after a while. I have gone on to Merchandising/Sales. I don't know what kind of retail you have been in, but, I'm sure you can understand what a merchandiser does. I'd look toward that. Possibly even with the same company you are with now.gl.
