The tin foil dish will spark in your microwave, so NO, you'll ruin your microwave. But you could put it in your regular oven at a low temperature (250 F).

You can put them in a box and then heat them in your microwave.

You can also lift the pie out of the tinfoil dish and put it on a regular plate and then microwave.

I have done both and they work fine.

no... get a microwave-safe dish to reheat the pie on..
the aluminum pie tin will cause "lightening" and sparks in your microwave while cooking and will ruin the microwave.
